Iqbal Qureshi Autos is a loader and scooty showroom on the Main National Highway (N-5) in Hala, Sindh. Its owner, Kashif Iqbal, sells loader rickshaws from 100cc to 200cc, passenger rickshaws, a 6-seater school van and scooties to shopkeepers, transporters, farmers and families across the area.
Kashif Iqbal asked Ninja Softs for a website built from scratch. We designed and developed iqbalqureshiautos.com as an online showroom made for Pakistani buyers: every model on its own page, a price list in rupees, guidance in Urdu, WhatsApp on every page and an online booking form.
This case study explains what the showroom needed, how we built each part, and what other vehicle dealers in Pakistan can take from it.

The challenge: a loader is a livelihood
The showroom’s own website puts it simply: “a loader is not just a vehicle—it is a source of livelihood.” That changes how people buy. A buyer in Hala or a nearby town compares engine size, how much the loader can carry, fuel average and price. Many want to pay in installments. Many read Urdu more easily than English, browse on a phone, and would rather send a WhatsApp message than fill in a long form.
The showroom needed a website that works the way these buyers already shop. We planned it around six needs:
- Show the whole range, sorted the way buyers compare it: by engine size.
- Give every model its own page with the specifications buyers ask about.
- Publish prices in rupees, in one place.
- Use Urdu where it helps buyers decide.
- Make WhatsApp and phone the main ways to get in touch, and offer online booking for buyers who are ready.
- Make the showroom easy to find on the N-5.
How we built it
1. A catalogue sorted by engine size
The Our Products menu splits the range into 100cc, 150cc and 200cc loaders, rickshaws and scooties. Together they hold more than 30 models, each on its own page: Stallion and Power Gear loaders, Qingqi and Road Prince rickshaws, a 6-seater school van, and Zeus and Bella scooties. The homepage leads with “Discover Our Vehicle Lineup”, a grid of popular models with a Book Now button below it.

2. Model pages with the details buyers ask for
Every model page answers the questions a buyer would otherwise ask on the phone. The Power Gear Velocity 150cc page, for example, lists the cargo box size (78.5 x 51 x 25.5 inches), the 149cc four-stroke engine, five forward gears and one reverse, a 20-litre fuel tank, a loading capacity of 1,500 kg and a fuel average of 25 km per litre.

Every model page, from loaders to scooties, also says the vehicle is available on monthly installments, carries Book Now and WhatsApp buttons, and ends with a Similar Vehicles section so buyers can compare models of the same size.
3. One price list in rupees
The Pricing page lists 20 models in a single table with their retail price in rupees, from 100cc loaders to the Hydraulic Jack 200cc. Buyers can compare prices before they visit, and when prices change there is one table to update.
4. Online booking made for local buyers
Buyers who have made up their minds can reserve a vehicle on the Online Booking page. The form asks for:
- Full name, contact number and postal address
- CNIC or NTN number, which the vehicle paperwork needs anyway
- Email address
- Preferred vehicle, chosen from a list of every model
- Payment method: cash or installments
- Preferred contact time, in two-hour slots between 10 AM and 6 PM
- Any question or suggestion
Asking for a contact time means the sales team calls when the buyer can talk. Asking about cash or installments up front tells the team which conversation to have. Above the form, the page sets out the benefits of booking online in English and Urdu: a guaranteed appointment, a dedicated sales advisor, faster paperwork and the vehicle kept ready for viewing.
5. English and Urdu, side by side
Model names and specifications are in English, as they are in the market. The guidance that helps people act is in Urdu: why to book online, why to choose the showroom, and how to get help. The booking call to action reads:
ابھی ہمارا آن لائن فارم فل کرکے آج ہی اپنا لوڈر/سکوٹی آن لائن بُک کریں
“Fill in our online form now and book your loader or scooty online today.”6. WhatsApp first, with a local greeting
Every page has a WhatsApp button that opens a chat with the showroom, already started with “Assalam o Alaikum”. The showroom’s phone numbers sit in the header and footer of every page. The Contact page adds a short enquiry form, a Google Map pinned to the showroom on the N-5, and a link to its Facebook page.
7. Trust, in plain words
The About page tells buyers what to expect: inspected vehicles, transparent prices with no hidden charges, simple paperwork, honest guidance on a vehicle’s history, and support after the sale. For a buyer making one of the biggest purchases for their business, these promises matter as much as the specifications.
8. Built on WordPress, ready to grow
We built the site on WordPress with the Divi theme. The layout adapts to phone screens, and new models, prices and pages can be added as the range grows, without rebuilding the site.
What Iqbal Qureshi Autos has now
- An online showroom that is open around the clock, with more than 30 models on their own pages
- A price list in rupees that buyers can check before they visit
- Model pages with the specifications buyers compare: load capacity, cargo box size, gears and fuel average
- An online booking form that records the buyer’s details, payment preference and the best time to call
- WhatsApp and phone on every page, and a map to the showroom on the N-5
- Guidance in both Urdu and English
Every model now has its own link that the sales team can share in a WhatsApp chat, so a buyer sees the vehicle, its specifications and the Book Now button in one place.
Lessons for vehicle showrooms and dealers in Pakistan
Whether you sell loaders, motorcycles, cars or tractors, the same approach works:
- Sort your stock the way buyers compare it, by engine size, body type or price.
- Publish prices in rupees, so buyers arrive already knowing their budget fits.
- Make WhatsApp the main button, with a greeting already typed.
- Use Urdu for guidance and calls to action, and keep model names as the market knows them.
- Ask only for what the sale needs, such as CNIC, payment method and a good time to call.
- Put your address, phone numbers and map on every page, so buyers can find you on the road.
