How Prince Iqbal Motors Became Pakistan’s Top-Ranked Prince Dealer Online
On this page

Prince Iqbal Motors, known locally as Prince Motors Hala, is a Prince and DFSK car dealership on the Main National Highway (N-5) in Hala, Sindh, run by its owner and Managing Director, Kashif Iqbal. It sells the Prince Pearl, the DFSK Glory 580 and Glory 580 Pro SUVs, and the K01, K07 and C37 commercial vehicles.

Ninja Softs designed and developed princeiqbal.com as an online showroom built for the way Pakistani car buyers shop: they search Google for a model and its price, compare, and only then call or visit. The dealership has since sold dozens of vehicles to buyers who found it through the website, and princeiqbal.com is now the highest-ranking Prince dealer website on Google in Pakistan for searches such as “Prince Pearl” and “Prince car”.

The challenge: buyers search before they visit

Buying a car is a big decision, and in Pakistan it starts on Google. According to UberSuggest, “Prince Pearl price in Pakistan” is searched about 5,400 times a month and “Glory 580 Pro” about 2,900 times. Most of those searches are answered by classified sites such as OLX and PakWheels, not by dealers.

A dealership on the N-5 in Hala needed to reach those buyers wherever they were in Pakistan, answer their questions before they picked up the phone, and make it easy to book a test drive or a vehicle. The website had to:

    1. Present every Prince and DFSK model like a showroom brochure.
    2. Answer the questions buyers type into Google: price, fuel average, safety, colours and how to book.
    3. Turn interest into action with a test-drive form and an online booking form.
    4. Support owners after the sale with spare parts and warranty information.

    How we built it

    1. A showroom with a page for every model

The Showroom menu lists every model the dealership sells: Glory 580, Glory 580 Pro, Prince Pearl, K01, K07 and C37. The homepage puts the Prince and DFSK brands side by side, followed by a Vehicle Availability section with a card for each model.

    2. Model pages that work like a brochure

Each model page opens with a full-width banner and four quick links: Online Booking, Buyer’s Guide, Delivery Status and Vehicle Availability. Below them, photo galleries are organised into Exterior, Interior and Comfort & Safety tabs, so a buyer can look around the car before visiting the showroom.

    3. Answers to the questions buyers ask Google

Most model pages end with a buyer FAQ written around real searches. The Glory 580 Pro page answers “How to book DFSK Glory 580 Pro in Pakistan?”, “What is the price of Glory 580 Pro in Pakistan?”, “What is the mileage/fuel average?”, “Does it have airbags?” and “How many colours does it come in?”. The Prince Pearl page answers whether the car is automatic, whether it is worth buying, and where to book and buy it in Pakistan.

These answers match what people search for when they compare Prince and DFSK prices and reviews, which helps the model pages rank on the first page of Google.

    4. Book a test drive in under a minute

The homepage invites buyers to “Eye it. Try it. Buy it.” with a short test-drive form: name, city, CNIC, phone number, the variant they want (from the Prince Pearl 800cc manual or automatic to the Glory 580 Pro 1.5 Turbo) and their preferred colour from seven options. A simple sum question keeps spam out without annoying real buyers.

    5. Online booking with the payment options buyers use

Buyers who are ready can reserve a vehicle on the Online Booking page. The form asks for the details the paperwork needs, including CNIC or NTN and postal address, the preferred vehicle and variant, and how the buyer plans to pay: online transfer, cheque, pay order, or bank finance or lease. Buyers also choose a two-hour slot between 10 AM and 6 PM for the sales team to call them.

    6. Support after the sale

A Services menu covers spare parts and warranty, and a News & Updates section keeps buyers informed. The dealership’s phone numbers and email sit in the top bar of every page, and the Contact page lists the showroom’s address on the N-5 with four phone numbers.

    The results

Dozens of vehicles sold through the website

The website gives buyers what they need to decide before they visit: photos, answers, and a quick way to book a test drive or a vehicle. The dealership has sold dozens of vehicles to buyers who came through the website.

The top-ranked Prince dealer website in Pakistan

For the most valuable Prince and DFSK searches in Pakistan, princeiqbal.com ranks on the first page of Google, competing with national classified sites. For “Prince Pearl” and “Prince car”, the only websites ranked above it are the classified sites PakWheels and OLX; no other Prince dealer ranks higher.

More than four times the Google traffic

UberSuggest estimates that the site’s monthly visits from Google in Pakistan grew from about 720 in October 2024 to about 3,300 in September 2026, peaking at about 5,700 in April 2026.

    In Kashif Iqbal’s words

Kashif Iqbal recorded a short video review about working with Ninja Softs and our founder and CEO, Hafiz Muhammad Ahmed Raza, on the dealership’s website and its online booking system for prospects.

We needed a website and software for our showroom. We got our website and software through him, and it has been a great experience working with him. Wherever we needed guidance, he guided us.

Lessons for car dealers in Pakistan

    • Give every model its own page. Buyers search by model, so a single “Our Cars” page cannot rank for all of them.
    • Answer the questions buyers type into Google: price, fuel average, safety, colours and how to book.
    • Make the next step easy. A short test-drive form and an online booking form turn readers into buyers.
    • List the payment options buyers actually use, including pay order and bank finance.
    • Put your phone numbers on every page. Many buyers will still want to call before they come in.
