We engineered a beautifully spaced Ethos & Values page that cleanly highlights their core pillars—the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, their daily Hifdh program (memorization of Juz Ammah), and their holistic Tarbiyah (character development) frameworks.
3. Regulatory Compliance (Ofsted Report & Performance Data)
In the UK educational landscape, compliance is non-negotiable. We integrated direct, high-speed access links and custom embed viewports for the school’s official Ofsted Reports and Performance Data. We built a structured Policies Page featuring an organized grid system where users can view or download official PDF guidelines seamlessly. This was paired with a comprehensive Parents Information Hub, answering daily operational questions regarding uniforms, school lunches, and attendance guidelines.
5. Time Management & Community Life (Term Dates & Gallery)
To eliminate continuous phone inquiries to the front office, we deployed a clean, highly readable Term Dates schedule that maps out the Autumn, Spring, and Summer terms alongside public holidays. To bring the website to life, we paired this with an asset-optimized Gallery Page designed to showcase student activities, classroom layouts, and community events using fast-loading, high-resolution media grids.
6. The Intake Engine (Admission Page & Online Forms)
The absolute crown jewel of the build is the Admission Page. Instead of forcing parents to print out lengthy paperwork, travel to Slough, and hand-deliver documents, we engineered an end-to-end Online Admission Application Form. This dynamic, secure form captures the child’s details, parent/guardian data, and emergency contact numbers, supporting direct file uploads for necessary legal documentation.
7. Future Staging (Trips Page – Coming Soon)
Schools change, expand, and grow. To facilitate this, we built a beautiful placeholder layout for an upcoming Trips Page. Marked with an elegant “Coming Soon” interface, this allows the school’s internal team to prep their event logging framework behind the scenes without breaking the live navigation architecture.
8. Direct Communication (Contact Page & Interaction Form)
We rounded out the layout with a dedicated Contact Page. It explicitly maps out their physical location at Senate House, 62-70 Bath Road, Slough, SL1 3SR, and couples it with a lightweight Online Contact Form for general inquiries, driving all message data directly to the school administration’s secure email server.
