Responsibilities:

• Client Prospecting & Deal Closure: Identify potential clients and successfully close sales to achieve monthly targets.
• B2B Engagement: Cultivate lasting relationships with business clients to ensure continuous business growth.
• Performance Goals: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Client Retention: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, encouraging them to explore additional products and features.

Requirements:

• Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrate a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excel in verbal and written communication.
• Negotiation and Closing Skills: Possess the ability to negotiate deals and close them effectively.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with IT and digital solution markets is highly preferred.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Soft Skills: High motivation, team collaboration, and a desire to learn and grow within the company.

Customer Care Representative

Office Based Job in Kharian

We are looking for a customer care representative. Following are the duties that they would be fulfilling

• Handling Customer inquiries
• staying in touch with the internal teams to solve customer complaints
• Staying up to date with the accounts department for transaction clearances
• Transaction follow-ups with Customers / partners
• Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
